In February of 2026, the OFF Movement will launch the first edition of OFF February, a social experiment to face the challenge of hyperconnectivity on a global scale.

Delete social media apps from your smartphone during all of February.

⟶ Delete the apps that steal more time than the value they offer.
⟶ Does not require to permanently delete accounts.
⟶ If you need them, access them from a computer.
