Since technology has infiltrated every aspect of human existence, digital anaesthesia has numbed human autonomy and the capacity for critical thinking.
It is urgent to reinvent the OFF button that has disappeared from our lives and reclaim the right to use technology without being used by it.

THE MANIFESTO
The OFF Manifesto is a wake-up call to citizens and authorities, highlighting the critical juncture we are reaching in our relationship with digital technology. It sets out a series of concrete measures in order to face this challenge for the future of our species.
It has received support from over 500 international figures from a wide range of fields — including science, culture, business, law, health, education, and more.
