RECOVER
54 HOURS
OF YOUR TIME IN A MONTH.
Almost any alternative to the time you spend on social media will have a more beneficial impact on your wellbeing.
We are increasingly aware of this.
Now, we need to move from reflection to action.
TURN OFF YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA
TURN ON YOUR LIFE
In February of 2026, the OFF Movement is launching the first edition of OFF February, a social experiment to face the challenge of hyperconnectivity on a global scale.
What happens when we stop being the product and take back control of our time?
OFF FEBRUARY:
28 DAYS WITHOUT SOCIAL MEDIA IN YOUR POCKET
Delete social media apps from your smartphone during all of February.
⟶ Delete any app that steal more time than the value they offer.
⟶ Does not require to permanently delete accounts.
⟶ If you need them, access them from a computer.

OFF February is a celebration, not a resignation.
Setting limits on social media isn’t a punishment,
but a liberation.

OFF FEBRUARY "EXTRAS"
WALK INSTEAD OF SCROLL
Each day, people scroll an average of 180 meters on their phones.
If you multiply this for the 28 days in February, it makes 5.04 km.
We invite you to walk the same distance, together, in the real world, free from digital interference.
Discover if Walk instead of scroll is planned in your city. If not and you wish to organise it.
Soon, we'll publish the list of cities where there is a Walk instead of Scroll.
