The problem is that after 22 years of Facebook/Meta's life we can draw at least two conclusions:

1) It has an extraordinary ability to capture the time you can save. Actually, it doesn't really want you to run, cook, read books or sleep, but scroll and get even more trapped in its ecosystem destined to extract everything they can get from you.

In fact, the time dedicated to reading, socialisation, physical activity and sleep have collapsed in the last 15 years - cannibalised by the 2 hours a day that people spend on networks.

2) The fact of delivering all our data, contacts, communications on a tray to Meta has also not gone very well. With Meta Muse, it invites us to move to the next level.
