For OFF February we propose to delete all social media apps from your smartphone during the 28 days of February to break the habit, regain time and atention and enjoy life outside screens... … Summer can be the best trial: time to discover that another relationship with technology not only is possible, but also desirable.
Disconnecting some days is great, but discovering that you can decide when and how to connect the rest of the year changes everything.

Whenever I have some downtime or simply want a bit of light entertainment without falling into the "infinite scroll" trap, I often turn to simple offline games like monkey mart. They offer a fun, casual experience—managing a banana farm or running a supermarket—and allow for quick, satisfying sessions without getting sucked into a vortex of notifications or online drama. It’s the perfect way to unwind for a moment before putting the device down and returning to real life—that is what truly mastering technology looks like!
I played Block Blast while waiting for a parking garage ticket machine to print my exit receipt. The ticket came out right after I cleared a surprisingly difficult row.
